Retain the reference of the installed equipment

When an installation contains equipment from different suppliers, record the manufacturer, full model and serial number for each compressor. The original country of purchase does not establish the electrical version installed today. Photograph the nameplate and compare voltage, phases, connection and frequency with the documented version, rather than transferring a specification from a similar model found online.

Document a part enquiry before organising the shipment

Use the model-linked parts page and retain the manufacturer code, quantity and drawing position when available. If a component is marked with an old or unreadable reference, add photographs and describe its function. A document or description in another language does not change the compatibility of the part; supply the original reference as written on the equipment.

Prepare the Vietnamese receiver and the import review

Provide province or city, full address, company name and receiving contact. If a workshop, contractor or forwarding agent receives the shipment, identify that point separately from the installation. Ask the importer or agent to verify the documents required for the selected articles. Availability, packing information, freight scope and lead time are confirmed for the actual quotation.

Questions about this purchase

Is this page also available in Vietnamese?

This initial page is in English. Keep the original manufacturer references in your enquiry and attach photographs where wording is unclear.

Can I order a part using only a translated description?

A description helps identification but does not establish the exact reference. Retain the model, serial number and original code where possible.

Does the model name identify the electrical supply?

Not always. Documented versions may differ in voltage, frequency and connection; verify the installed nameplate.

Can my workshop or forwarder receive the order?

Identify the receiving company and address separately from the final installation, and clarify freight and import responsibilities.
