Refrigeration parts for fishing, work and passenger boats

Prepare an enquiry for a fishing vessel, tug, service craft or passenger boat using its actual equipment and refrigeration circuit.

Define the circuit function

Separate fish preservation, crew provisions and occupied-space air conditioning. On a fishing boat, identify whether the installation serves a cold room, hold or another process. On work or passenger craft, describe the spaces affected. Vessel type helps organise an enquiry but does not by itself determine capacity, compressor execution or the correct spare part. Operating conditions and installed equipment remain essential.

Associate every part with its equipment

A gasket, valve, protection device or internal component needs the compressor model and execution. Include its serial number and drawing position where available. If the nameplate is damaged, photograph the assembly and removed part. An incomplete reference may require additional investigation before supply is confirmed. Visual resemblance is not a compatibility check, especially where different production versions share a model name.

Plan the technical stop

State the stop location and date, who will install the component and whether another circuit remains operational. The technician can provide refrigerant, electrical supply, operating conditions and assembly documents. Complete replacement may require checks on connections, dimensions and auxiliaries. Several circuits can be grouped into one enquiry as long as each line remains associated with its own destination equipment.

Define the receiving party

The buyer, installing contractor, receiving agent and vessel owner may be different organisations. Supply their roles, a verified receiving address and a contact. Terminal access and shipment receipt may depend on the port operator. Direct delivery to the vessel is not assumed; transport conditions and any documentation requirements must be agreed when the enquiry is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Are fish storage and crew provisions selected the same way?

Do not assume so. Identify each circuit and its operating conditions separately.

Can I group parts for several vessels?

Yes, keeping each line linked to its vessel and equipment. The professional workspace supports separate projects.

What information is needed for a technical stop?

Location, dates, installed equipment, required part and the receiving and installing parties.

Does a sailing date guarantee urgent supply?

It defines the requirement, but availability and transport must be checked before delivery is committed.

What if the vessel has no IMO number?

Leave the field blank. Give its name and available identifiers; IMO is not required to send an enquiry.

Can a marina or agent receive the shipment?

Provide receiver and address. Availability, transport, access and receipt conditions are confirmed in the offer.

Who is the buyer?

The purchasing organisation. Owner, requester and receiving agent may differ and must be identified separately.

Does a port page imply local stock?

No. It describes a receiving context and does not claim a warehouse or stock at that location.

Can I attach the part and nameplate photographs?

Yes. The form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to four megabytes each.

Is an enquiry an order?

No. It requests checking and a quotation. The commercial transaction is managed with AACORE SUPPLY.
